Excellent in every way! I have some Somfy roller shades that were not properly installed by another company. They were impossible to recharge. I contacted Darin, the owner of Shade Co for assistance in arranging a service call to repair the shades. Darin was helpful and took a genuine interest in helping me get my shades (12) working.
